Ogbonna Chidozie Bright is a native of Agbo Ibeku in Umuahia North L.G.A of Abia state. He went further to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry from Abia State University Uturu. A Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) and He enrolled for his Doctorate degree in Public Health (Ph.D) at IMO State University respectively. He is a member of Royal Society of Public Health (RSPH). He is also a registered and licensed member of Environmental Health Council of Nigeria (EHCON).

He is a lecturer in the Department of Public Health of Abia State College of Health Sciences and Management Technology, Aba and has severed as HOD of Public Health in the past. He is happily married and blessed with two children.
